We mentioned that the reserve has been closed, but all we know from Ken is that they were doing maintenance. 3. RDRC volunteers are needed for Indian Springs for TWA. 4. The new playground for trace creek was ordered and will be ready for December. 5. Ironman for 2017 will still need Flintridge as part of the route. It will mostly take place at the Hardy toll road. 6. The Woodlands now has a flooding drainage task force and information on the areas that flooded should be sent to them. 7. Community input is still welcome for the pedestrian/bicycle master plan before September. The budget meeting is next Monday.

Jim asked where to send the information on flooding and she said to send it to Mike Bass.

Deborah Sargeant Chair of the DSC (Development Standards Committee) talked to us about the short-term rentals. They are setting parameters to protect property values.  (30 days or less and more than $2.00) No more than 25% percent of the floor area can be rented. This is in connection to the airbnb rentals.

Mike asked if they would be announced before it is final and she said yes.

Mike will personally visit some of the places to invite them. The generators from Ace are ready.  August 31 is the last day for people to commit to a both, but we will allow businesses to request booths until we have none.
