2021 ISVA Taste of the Village

Dear Local Business Owner/Manager,

The 2019 “Taste of the Village” was extremely successful, all of the vendor booths were sold out and over 4,000 residents discovered local businesses and enjoyed incredible food, live entertainment and a variety of family friendly activities. The event provides local businesses the opportunity to meet the public, promote their unique products or services and grow awareness and potential client base from this exposure to residents of the greater community. All proceeds from the event are used to help fund college service scholarships as well as elementary/intermediate education programs within The Woodlands.

Since our event for 2020 was cancelled due to COVID-19, I am thrilled to inform you that Indian Springs Village Association (ISVA), HEB, and Regency will again sponsor another “Taste of the Village” event this coming October for the 16th year. We have already set the date (Saturday, October 23, 2021) and the time (Noon until 3:00 PM). We are confident that this year’s Community event will be bigger and better than the 2019 event and hope that we can count on you to help make this event a resounding success after the previous year’s hiatus.

The set-up cost is covered by the three co-sponsors (ISVA, HEB, and Regency). This includes tents, tables, chairs, electricity, waste management, advertising and permit costs. If you wish to join us, we are inviting local businesses to do the following.

  1. Complete Reservation form

  2. Purchase booth space for $150.00

  3. Must be received before September 20, 2021 to keep reservation spot

  4. Provide a gift card or other promotional items to be used for the raffle during the event.

Please note that a Montgomery County food permit is required for businesses serving food. Cost of the food permit fee will either be waived by the County or paid by ISVA.

This is an event you won’t want to miss as The Woodlands gets back to normal. Should you have any questions about the event, donating an item for the raffle or securing a booth, please feel free to contact me. We look forward to your participation and another successful event.
