Monthly Board Meeting December 8, 2020
Board Members: Matt Pounders, Carol Stromatt, Richard Stromatt Michael Saucier, Ree Belhumeur, Tom Brown, JP Garcia, Erika Bondy

Call to Order: Michael Saucier opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Law Enforcement Report: Specialist Medina provided the law enforcement report for the month of November. Indian Springs had 7 DWI, no public intoxication, 1 narcotics arrest, 2 criminal mischief, no burglary of a motor vehicle, no burglary of a building and no home burglary. There were 8 vehicle crashes this month across Indians Springs.
MCSO again reinforced the new autism awareness program.
Neighbors’, Elected Officials and Candidates Comments: None
Secretary’s Report: November meeting minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Tom Brown provided the report. There was no activity for the month of November. Service agreement is in progress with the statement of expenses for 2020, proof of insurance and statement of use of Township funds and non-profit status.
The Woodlands Township: John Osborne distributed The Woodlands Township list of events and recommended that we select the date in October for Taste of the Village before schedule fills up.
Old / Recurring Business:
Parks & Recreation Advisory Council – No Meeting; Report sent to all ISVA board members.
RDRC Update – Elections for RDRCs are occurring; It was noted that changes should be approved prior to start of any work
Law Enforcement Board – no meeting this month
Woodlands Magazine – Feb 2021 Issue - Scholarship application announcement
ISVA Website – no report
Scholarship Committee – Need to finalize the application and get posted on website
Website – no update
- ISVA Representative Recruitment – all ideas welcome for recruitment; may potentially send out Facebook ads for ISVA election
- Holiday Lighting Committee –
- Best House and Best Hood announcement – Best house: 18 Forge Hill; Best street: Forge Hill
- Awards and signs will be provided at the offices and Mike to arrange with the fire truck at the central fire station.

Adjourn: Matt motioned for the meeting to adjourn at 7:55 and Carol seconded. The motion was unanimous and the meeting closed.
